THREE RIVERS DIAGNOSTICS.
Three Rivers Diagnostics is a medical testing facility specializing in toxicology, molecular and blood testing. We provide urine drug testing for a range of clinical applications including medication management and monitoring, treatment plan compliance, pain management, addiction treatment, and newborn and neonatal testing. Our molecular testing applications include respiratory, STI, UTI, women's health, wound care, and antibiotic resistance testing.
